I specialize in helping people navigate complicated life challenges, whether that's healing from trauma and PTSD, work-life balance, or quieting the noise of anxiety, depression, and self-doubt. Together, we’ll uncover your authentic self and find a path forward that feels real and sustainable.
I believe that optimal well-being is achieved when we also address the intersection of mental and physical health. That may include sleep, nutrition, disease management, medication, or disability care. I am happy to advocate for you and collaborate with your wider team of professionals to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive treatment plan.
My therapeutic approach is trauma informed, and draws from other modalities to customize care for you. Some modalities I work with are: IFS, CBT, psychodynamic, and narrative. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming; everyone is welcome here. In addition, I have received additional training in treating and assessing ADHD and autism.
